These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern purchases from and use of SayInSecret.com, operated by Bit Smart Systems, doing business as SayInSecret (“SayInSecret,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please review these Terms before placing an order. When you affirmatively accept these Terms at checkout, they form part of your purchase agreement with us.

To place an order, you must be at least 18 or the age of legal majority where you live, and legally able to enter into a binding contract.

You agree to provide accurate order and contact information and to use only payment methods you are authorized to use. If you create an account, you are responsible for protecting your login credentials and notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

We sell apparel and related products featuring artistic expression and messages concerning human rights, social issues, and historical or current events.

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Colors, print appearance, and placement may vary slightly because of screen settings, garment construction, and production methods. Such variations do not limit your rights when a product is defective or materially different from its description.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We accept an order when we send a shipment confirmation.

Before acceptance, we may decline an order for a legitimate reason, including product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment failure, or an obvious pricing error. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding at a corrected price.

If we cancel an order for which you have been charged, we will refund the canceled items and applicable charges. Nothing in these Terms permits us to retain payment for merchandise we do not supply.

Prices are shown in [USD]. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed before you submit your order. Payment is processed through our designated payment providers. We may require payment authorization or verification before processing an order. Price changes apply to future orders and do not increase the price of an accepted order.

Some products may be printed or produced after an order is placed. Any stated production period is separate from carrier transit time unless expressly indicated otherwise.

Estimated shipping and delivery information appears on the product page, at checkout, or in your order confirmation. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly identified as guaranteed.

If we cannot ship within the promised shipping period—or within the period required by law when no shipping period is stated—we will provide the legally required delay notice and the opportunity to consent to a delay or cancel for a refund.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Contact us promptly about corrections; changes may not be possible after production or shipment begins.

• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, except when defective.

• If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly; we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
• Customers pay change-of-mind return shipping; we cover reasonable return costs for defective or incorrect items.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 15-21 business days; original shipping is nonrefundable for change-of-mind returns.
• Unshipped orders delayed beyond the promised timeframe qualify for legally required cancellation and refund options; nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

Any reporting deadline in our policies does not eliminate rights that cannot lawfully be limited. Restrictions on change-of-mind returns do not remove applicable rights concerning defective, misdescribed, or undelivered products.

SayInSecret uses apparel to encourage awareness and expression concerning human rights and social issues. Do not assume that every purchase results in a charitable donation. Only expressly stated donation commitments apply. Purchasing a product is a retail transaction. We do not represent that your purchase qualifies as a tax-deductible charitable contribution.

Designs may include symbolic illustrations, artistic interpretations, or imagery inspired by reported events. Illustrations are not necessarily documentary depictions of a particular person or event.

Our products do not guarantee a particular social, political, charitable, employment, or personal outcome. Events such as severe weather, natural disasters, or significant transportation or infrastructure disruptions may affect performance.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays and reduce their effects. Such events do not remove legally required cancellation or refund rights or permit us to retain payment for unfulfilled orders contrary to law.

These Terms are governed by Michigan law, without overriding consumer protections that apply regardless of the governing-law choice.

Subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules, disputes may be brought in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction in Oakland County, Michigan. Either party may bring an eligible claim in an appropriate small claims court.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Changes apply prospectively. The Terms accepted when an order was placed govern that order unless a later change is required by law or separately agreed.

If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with the policies expressly incorporated into them and the applicable order details, form the agreement concerning your purchase.
